Baltic Apprenticeships are working in partnership with Trinity Managed Services to recruit their next IT Apprentice. Trinity Managed Services is a UK-based managed IT services provider that helps businesses make the most of their technology through reliable, secure and proactive IT support. Trinity supports organisations across the UK, providing a wide range of services including managed IT support, cloud services, Microsoft 365, network and infrastructure management, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and IT consultancy.

This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in IT and gain valuable hands-on experience within a professional and technology-focused environment.

In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• From day one, you’ll gain real hands-on experience while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Answering incoming support calls and resolving user issues
• Repairing hardware and upgrading systems
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and remote users
• Configuring devices and setting up new starters
• Performing password resets, anti-virus configuration, and network monitoring.
• Laptop and desktop repairs.
• Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• 💰£15,600 per annum
• 🕘 Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
• 21 days annual leave + bank holidays
• 🎉 Regular social events (yes, that includes the Christmas party!)

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
