Learning and development go hand in and with feeling safe and secure. We prioritise well-being, and emphasise the importance of maintaining safe spaces to openly discuss any issues or concerns.

Our Support Centre is designed to address a range of needs. Through our Support Centre and our Safeguarding and Support Team, we provide resources, mentorship, and tailored guidance to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

Whether you need career advice, personal development guidance, or mental health support, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

If you’re concerned about your well-being or want to report an incident, we’re here to help! We know these conversations can be difficult, so we’ve created an anonymous reporting tool that will notify our Safeguarding Team.

Debbie and Laura make up our dedicated Safeguarding and Support Team. They both play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our learners; they are trained to identify potential safeguarding risks and implement necessary measures to keep our apprentices safe from harm.

The team are available to contact for any concern during working hours via email at, via landline (01325 638142) for calls, and via mobile (07714765475) for calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages.

Their working hours are Monday to Thursday between 8.30am and 4.30pm, and Friday between 8.30am and 2pm. For out of hours support, please contact Samaritans (116 123) or Shout Text (85258) who offers advice, support, and guidance on everything from employment issues to mental health issues.

As an apprenticeship training provider, we understand the importance of maintaining a robust Safeguarding Policy, and that safeguarding is an ongoing responsibility that requires constant evaluation and improve its effectiveness. Our Safeguarding Policy undergoes regular renewal and revision each year. This approach allows us to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Our 2023/2024 Safeguarding Policy makes it clear that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. All team members should be able to recognise signs of potential harm, respond appropriately, and report any concerns to the Safeguarding and Support Team. The Safeguarding and Support team will then record the concern, and refer the learner to the appropriate external agency.
