Every learner has access to our bespoke Baltic Community platform, a space where our apprentices can network with each other, share tips & tricks, and build a real sense of togetherness as they work towards shared goals.

It is here that apprentices can create and share posts around their experience, book their place on our range of live events and access a range of resources to support them on their apprenticeship journey.

For our apprentices, that means one-to-one coaching and support from their dedicated programme coach. Our coaches create tailored support sessions throughout the apprenticeship programme to nurture our learner’s development.
