We provide a 1-2-1 platform for you to share your valuable insights and expertise with our Business Insights Manager, which will directly impact our curriculum, support services, and overall learner experience.
Your input is instrumental in shaping the educational journey of future digital professionals, ensuring that it remains relevant, up-to-date, and tailored to the demands of the ever-evolving industry.
After your initial 1-2-1 session, we will catch up quarterly via Microsoft Teams to stay up to date with any changes to your goals, business needs, or industry requirements.

In addition to the 1-2-1 sessions with our Business Insights Manager, you also have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow employers to collectively impact the direction of our apprenticeships.
Through our online Group Sessions, we have created a dynamic community where ideas are exchanged, and innovation thrives. We host bi-annual group calls where you can actively participate in discussions, share your unique perspectives, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our programmes.

We appreciate that not everyone will have the availability or flexibility for 1-2-1 calls or group meetings. When you’re juggling meetings and deadlines, emails allow you to convey your insights, suggestions, and feedback at your own pace.
Our Business Insights Manager is available to contact via email insights@balticapprenticeships.com within our business hours which are Mon to Fri, 8am – 4pm.
This approach ensures that your valuable input is never overlooked, and your busy schedule doesn’t affect your ability to actively participate in shaping the future of our apprenticeship programmes.

Insights Partners FAQs
Being an Insights Partner provides you with a platform to influence our apprenticeship programmes and support services.
We welcome any feedback, suggestions, and ideas that will help us to improve.
In Insights Partner meetings, we want to hear about your organisation’s goals, wider priorities, and any challenges you are facing.
We will also discuss hot-button topics such as AI and Digital Transformation and their impact on your organisation.
Initial 1-2-1 meetings are usually one hour to ensure that we can get an appropriate understanding of your business and business needs.
So we can keep up to date with any changes in your business and the wider industry, we schedule quarterly follow-up meetings which usually last 30 minutes.
Group meetings can last up to 90 minutes to ensure that there is enough time for an open discussion.
Meetings are online and usually take place on Microsoft Teams.
However, if you would prefer to use another online platform, such as Zoom, we can accommodate that too.
Our Business Insights Manager usually meets with Insights Partners quarterly, though this can be more or less frequent depending on your own schedule.
All feedback and suggestions from Insights Partners are passed directly to the appropriate department.
For example, if you suggest that we can improve an element of our curriculum, then your ideas will be passed to our Curriculum Lead for that programme, who will explore what potential improvements can be made.
