Our client is a well-established IT solutions and support provider based in Liverpool, delivering a range of technology services to businesses across the region. They are looking for an enthusiastic IT apprentice to join their team and develop their skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
The company is committed to nurturing new talent and providing apprentices with the training, guidance and practical experience needed to build a successful career in IT. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys solving technical problems and wants to develop their knowledge while gaining valuable industry experience.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Provide 1st level IT support to Senior Technicians – onsite and offsite
- Installing and configuring a wide range of hardware and software
- Use TeamViewer for remote access
- Communicate with customers through Naveris, Teams and face to face
- Conduct Server & Data backups
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £14,560 per annum
- Monday – Friday – 9am-5pm
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- A Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and Grade 5/C in English is required for the role
- Passion for IT
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills
Your Training with Baltic:
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.
You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.
You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
