  • Remote Support – Use tools such as SuperOps and NetSupport to view device information, carry out remote tasks and support users remotely.
  • Cloud & Systems – Gain experience within the Trust’s hybrid Azure environment, including Entra, Active Directory and Intune, alongside Google Workspace technologies.
  • Scripting & Automation – Develop an understanding of PowerShell and Linux environments, with opportunities to gain experience using scripts to support IT tasks.
  • Technical Documentation – Use existing IT policies, network diagrams and technical documentation to support your work, while contributing to the development of new documentation and processes.
  • School Visits – As your skills develop, you’ll have the opportunity to support schools across the Trust alongside experienced technicians.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
