At 360 Office, they don’t just fix tech — they help businesses transform the way they work. As one of Yorkshire’s leading Managed Service Providers, they're looking for a motivated and ambitious IT Apprentice Engineer to join their growing technical team.
This is your chance to gain real-world experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and hands-on training while working alongside experienced IT professionals across Yorkshire.
This is a field based role so access to your own vehicle is required (90% Travel Hull & 10% Manchester) – Milage is paid for.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Provide routine and emergency fault diagnosis and repair of office technology
- Provide service to Printer/MFP fleets
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance works
- Maintain and provide an accurate record of stock and parts inventory
- Assist in the ordering of parts and materials for the ongoing service of office technology
- Provide setup, commissioning, and delivery of office technology products to locations around Yorkshire and beyond
- Train end users in the proper use and training of the hardware and software provided
- Maintain accurate records for expenses, mileage, and other relevant information in line with the role
- Perform other duties as assigned by your line manager
- Perform to KPI's in line with company policy
- Help improve the technical knowledge of our sales team, coaching them on new developments within 360 Office and the wider 360 Office ecosystem
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- 15,600 – 17,600
- Monday – Friday (8:30 – 5:00 Mon – Thurs & 8:30 – 3:00 Fri)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Driver required as role is travelling around sites (Milage paid for)
- IT Hobbyist
- Problem Solving skills
- Willingness to work hard
- Communication skills
- Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths.

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
