Business Impact

As AI adoption grows, those who take a natural interest in it often become the “go-to” people for systems and tools – but without formal training, AI features can still go underused.

The Level 3 Digital Productivity & AI Enablement programme develops these individuals into confident AI adopters, equipping them to use embedded AI features effectively, improve how systems are used, and drive measurable efficiency across the business.

Apprentices learn to utilise AI within existing tools; enhancing workflows, supporting colleagues more consistently, and improving ROI across CRM, finance, marketing, and sales platforms, while developing the knowledge to use AI safely and responsibly.

Who’s It For?

Designed for organisations that want to get more out of their digital tools and AI, this programme helps build the skills needed to use them effectively, improve productivity, and rely less on IT or external support.

It’s a good fit for people who regularly use digital tools in their role, and it’s not limited to traditional tech-focused positions. It’s equally valuable for those who have naturally become the “go-to” person for systems or tools within their team and want to build on that responsibility.

Through the programme, learners build the confidence to support their teams in using digital tools and AI day to day. They learn how to apply these tools to real tasks, help colleagues use them with confidence, and make ongoing improvements to how their team works.

TRAINING TIMELINE

MODULE 1

This module establishes the foundations of digital productivity, focusing on how individuals and teams can use everyday tools more effectively to improve efficiency and collaboration.

With a strong focus on communication and collaboration, apprentices learn how to support colleagues in getting more value from the platforms they already use, helping to reduce friction in daily tasks and create more consistent ways of working across the organisation.

MODULE 2

As AI becomes increasingly embedded in workplace tools, organisations must ensure it is used responsibly, ethically, and with clear understanding of its limitations. Apprentices explore how AI can introduce bias, where risks may arise, and how to apply governance, security, and ethical principles in real-world scenarios.

MODULE 3

This module builds that foundation, giving apprentices the confidence to work with data securely and responsibly while supporting business processes. Apprentices gain an understanding of key principles such as data protection, information security, and risk management, and how these apply in everyday tasks.

MODULE 4

This module focuses on developing practical, hands-on support capability, equipping apprentices to respond confidently to common digital challenges and maintain productivity across teams. It builds the skills needed to diagnose issues, resolve problems efficiently, and provide a high standard of support to end users.

MODULE 5

The final module develops apprentices into proactive digital champions who can support adoption, drive engagement, and contribute to ongoing improvement across the organisation. Moving beyond reactive support, the focus shifts to enablement, helping colleagues embrace new tools, features, and ways of working with confidence.
