WHAT IS BE-SPOKE?
We recognised that apprenticeship training can feel rigid, so we created Be-Spoke to give employers and learners the freedom to shape programmes around real roles, goals, and business needs.
Be-Spoke ensures every programme aligns directly with your organisation’s strategy, industry standards, and core values – creating a development pathway that’s relevant, practical, and future-focused.
Through Be-Spoke, you can build tailored apprenticeship programmes using four key elements: Core Modules, Essential Modules, Expert Modules, and Be-Spoke Modules – designed to balance technical expertise with vital soft skills.
CORE MODULES
These modules cover the mandatory Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) required by each apprenticeship standard.
ESSENTIAL MODULES
These self-study modules that build the digital and professional foundations needed to succeed in any modern workplace.
EXPERT MODULES
This industry-focused training includes recognised certifications to enhance technical expertise and career growth.
BE-SPOKE MODULES
These customisable self-study units are tailored to sectors or roles, allowing training to directly align with organisational goals.
