We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while developing essential technical and professional skills.
You will assist with day-to-day IT support, helping colleagues across the organisation and ensuring systems run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in IT and build a strong foundation in support, networking, and cloud technologies.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve common issues on Windows 11 devices and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications.
- Install approved software and support device management using Microsoft Intune / Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and user accounts.
- Support user account administration, including onboarding new starters and processing leavers.
- Keep IT documentation and internal knowledge bases up to date.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and support providers when required.
- Ensure all support activities are recorded in the ticketing system for audit and reporting purposes.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Benefits
- £19,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday – 9.00AM – 5.30PM
