Missing Link, a forward-thinking tech solutions provider, is looking for a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards industry-recognised qualifications.

As an IT Support Apprentice at Missing Link, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning from experienced professionals who are passionate about helping you grow.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Perform password resets for end-users.
• Troubleshoot basic email issues, including two-factor authentication setup and support.
• Configure and manage antivirus software on user devices.
• Collaborate with a skilled team member who will provide guidance through technical documentation and on-the-job assistance.
• Work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members when necessary.
• Handle customer support interactions via phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £18,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday (07:30am – 4pm, 08:30am – 5pm, 9am – 17:30pm with a 1 hour break)
• All Bank holidays, Christmas off (3 Days annual leave taken

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role
• Confident person
• Good time keeper
• Keen to progress in a career in IT
• Willingness to learn
