We’re looking for someone who is creative, passionate about marketing and full of ideas. You don’t need to have lots of experience – we’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys being creative and wants to develop their skills across a range of marketing activities.

Alongside your role at Techneat, you’ll receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships, attending two-day training blocks every 4–6 weeks. This will give you the opportunity to build your marketing knowledge, gain a recognised qualification and put what you learn into practice.
If you’re passionate about marketing and ready to start your career, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Modern Marketing Professional qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

- Writing marketing content to increase awareness and understanding of Techneat and its products.
- Supporting the Sales team with marketing activity and materials.
- Supporting content creation, including video editing.
- Managing marketing assets and supporting budget control.
- Working with the team to support wider marketing and business goals.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams, designers and external suppliers.
- Creativity, self-motivation and enthusiasm for developing marketing ideas, creating engaging content and supporting business growth.
- Understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, website content, SEO and online advertising.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools, analytics and marketing platforms, with an interest in developing skills in areas such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Shopify and video editing.
- A Grade 5 in GCSE Maths & a Grade 4 in GCSE English.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £20,000 per annum.
- Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm
- 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Christmas shutdown.
