Social+ is a Newcastle-based digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow, connect with their audiences and build a stronger presence online. We work across a range of digital marketing services, including social media, content creation, website design, SEO, email marketing and digital strategy, creating tailored marketing solutions to help our clients achieve their goals.

We’re a creative, collaborative and growing team who enjoy coming up with new ideas and delivering engaging marketing campaigns for a variety of businesses. As part of the Social+ team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on real projects, learn from experienced marketers and gain an insight into how a busy digital marketing agency works.

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice who is positive, keen to learn and genuinely passionate about marketing. You’ll be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table, develop your skills and get involved across different areas of marketing.

Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll receive professional training through Baltic Apprenticeships, attending two-day training blocks every 4–6 weeks. This will allow you to build your knowledge, gain a valuable qualification and put your learning into practice.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Support SEO & PPC campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads & SE Ranking.
• Create & schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & X.
• Track performance with Google Analytics, HubSpot & campaign dashboards.
• Assist with email marketing, blog writing & digital content creation.
• Help with offline marketing, including event setup & printed materials.
• Design graphics using Canva & Adobe Creative Suite.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

• Experience with social media.
• Familiar with editing tools, such as Canva.
• Genuine interest and passion for Marketing.
• Motivated and positive attitude, with willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A Grade 5 in GCSE Maths & Grade 4 in GCSE English.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

•  £16,000 per annum.
• Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
• 21 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Additional day off for your birthday.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. 

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
