Are you creative, curious and ready to start your career in marketing?
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join the team at Frank Marketing, a specialist marketing agency helping businesses build their brands, connect with their audiences and achieve real results.
You don’t need to have lots of marketing experience already. We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, full of ideas and excited to get stuck in. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of marketing skills, including content creation, social media, digital marketing and campaigns.
You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team who will help you learn, develop and build your confidence. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, share your ideas and get involved in different areas of the business.
Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships, attending two-day training blocks every 4–6 weeks. This will give you the knowledge and skills you need to work towards your apprenticeship qualification while gaining valuable hands-on experience at Frank.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Creating and managing content across social media, blogs, websites and email campaigns for both the agency and its clients.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email automation and wider digital activity.
- Learning and supporting with monitoring and analysing campaign performance using Whatagraph, Google Analytics and client reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing skills using Canva to creating digital marketing materials to support online campaigns.
- Supporting client account activity by working with Account Directors, Managers & Executives on campaign delivery, reporting, client requirements and ongoing marketing activity.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
- Comfortable with technology and interested in digital tools and learning how to use them.
- Confident communicator,
- Comfortable working in a small team.
- Proactive learner.
- Creative with a passion for marketing.
- A Grade 5 in GCSE Maths & Grade 4 in GCSE English.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £20,000 per annum
- Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Hybrid working arrangement (4 days in office, 1 day from home).
- 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
- Basic government pension with 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.
- Smart casual dress code.
This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
