We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, social media and content creation and wants to develop their skills within a busy and varied environment.
As part of the role, you’ll receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships, attending two-day training blocks every 4–6 weeks. You’ll develop your marketing knowledge and skills through your training while gaining valuable hands-on experience working alongside our team and contributing to real creative projects.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
· Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
· Manage and update website content using Wix, including blogs, news stories and event information.
· Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for events and Showground activities.
· Create marketing copy for social media posts, blogs and event updates.
· Use Hootsuite and social media insights to monitor engagement and campaign performance.
· Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create marketing materials for digital and print campaigns.
· Maintain marketing databases and contact lists, while supporting the organisation of marketing materials and campaigns.
· Support event marketing activity through photography, video content, social media updates and coordination with on-site photographers.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Interest in marketing, communications or events.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for content creation.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A Grade 5 in GCSE Maths & Grade 4 in GCSE English.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £19,000
- 9-5 Monday to Friday. Flexiblity with 8:30 – 16:30. Seasonal events. Odd weekend shift. LAS events

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
