They're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Level 3 Apprentice to join their growing IT team. This is your chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications while working alongside experienced IT professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

A Typical Day in the Job

• Supporting users, preparing and maintaining IT equipment, administering user account
• Assisting with business applications and contributing to the maintenance of the Group's IT infrastructure
• Develop increasing technical competence, deliver excellent customer service and work in accordance with Fulcrum Group's security, data protection and operational standards
• Work on hardware, software and network related issues

• A genuine interest in IT and technical problem-solving.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A reliable, organised and professional approach to work.
• A willingness to learn, accept feedback and seek guidance when required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Fulcrum Group locations.
• Grade 4/C in Maths and 5/C in English GCSE

Salary, Hours & Benefits

• Salary – £18,000
• Pension (Aviva Matched to 5%)
• Death in Service (Usually 4x base salary)
• 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

• There may also be opportunities to progress to a relevant Level 4 apprenticeship or specialist technical pathway, including Networking, Cyber Security, Infrastructure or Cloud Technologies.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
