As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you'll dive into the heart of our operations, leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and optimise performance. From analysing energy consumption patterns to enhancing client servicing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their sustainability initiatives and maximising our impact on the planet.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data & Business Insights qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • To undertake the mass upload of data into the CRM ensuring the data accuracy is maintained and allocated to the Commercial Development Team.
  • To undertake data extraction as and when required.
  • Ensure data is cleansed and ready to be allocated to the team as and when required
  • Conduct additional research of leads updating information into the CRM as required
  • Analyse and sort data using SIC codes or other reference points to ensure data is allocated to the Commercial development team as directed by the Sales Support Manager
  • Liaison with external data providers to ensure usable amounts of data for the team. To keep updated of any new resources and work with the data providers to identify patterns/trends and new opportunities for business.
  • Ensuring the at the CRM is operating correctly and reporting any issues to Sales Support Manager keeping the team informed of any updates.
  • To be the go-to person for all Data or CRM enquiries/issues.
  • Ensure the daily/weekly back-up is undertaken

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £18000-23000 per annum
  • Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours.
  • Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members.
  • Driven individual with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Numerate and analytical.
  • Confident able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Business acumen/commercial awareness.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about client service.
  • A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role
