In this role, you’ll work towards your Level Data and Business Insights Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

 

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Running data audits for new and existing clients to assess data volume, quality, mailability, and segmentation. 
  • Using IBM Modeler to process and segment customer data into RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) segments. 
  • Uploading and processing data through Cygnus software, including suppression checks, deduplication, and PAF validation. 
  • Preparing files and loading data for mailing campaigns. 
  • Producing reports and pivot tables for Account Managers to share with clients. 
  • Supporting the running of mailing jobs by preparing fresh data and updated suppression files. 

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

 

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £16,500 – £18,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
  • 20 days holidays plus 8 days bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Grade 4 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
  • Interest and passion in data
  • Willingness to learn
  • Curious mindset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages
