Junior Data Analyst Apprenticeship

At YOLO, we are passionate about innovation, growth, and creating meaningful impact through data-driven decisions. As a fast-growing business, we are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Data Analyst Level 3 Apprentice.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, combining data analysis with operational insight and digital marketing.

As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. You will work closely with different departments to understand processes, analyse data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

This role goes beyond spreadsheets — focusing on turning data into actionable insights that support both operational efficiency and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business systems and process mapping, understanding how different functions connect within ERP and CRM systems
• Analyse and interpret data to generate meaningful business insights
• Assist with digital marketing analytics, including SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and tools such as Google Analytics
• Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using business intelligence tools
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements across systems
• Collaborate with teams to solve problems and improve operational or commercial performance
• Present findings in a clear and engaging way to stakeholders

Desired Skills and Knowledge

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Confidence in interpreting data and identifying trends
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Interest in data, business systems, and digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of Excel or data tools (desirable but not essential)
• GCSE Maths C/5 and GCSE English C/4 essential for the role

• £16,640 per annum
• Monday – Friday – 9 AM – 5 PM
• 31 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Additional half-day holiday for each year of service

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in Data. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in Data. 

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
