Our client provide IT support for many home and business clients across Sussex, Surrey and London. As a key member of their technical support team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their clients' systems run smoothly and efficiently. Whether you're troubleshooting issues over the phone or providing face-to-face assistance, you'll be empowered to make a real difference every day.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • You'll be at the forefront of technology, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of tasks, including:
  • Installing and configuring computer systems
  • Diagnosing hardware and software faults
  • Solving technical problems, both remotely and in person

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • National minimum wage for your age, £13,321-£23,795 per annum
  • Working Monday-Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week , 8:30am-4pm and 9am-6pm
  • 20 days holidays plus bank holidays
  • Private healthcare

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for technology and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • GCSE Grade 5/C in English and grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
