Explore an exciting new IT Apprenticeship opportunity! Building on the success of their current apprentice, we have a fantastic opportunity up for grabs who are actively seeking a dedicated IT Support Apprentice to become a valued member of their Northampton-based team.

Your role will involve delivering top-notch 1st line support, where your initiative and problem-solving prowess will be instrumental in ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standards.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day on the Job:

  • Be a part of 1st line support, helping clients via telephone, on a remote basis, or via email
  • Support and maintain telephone systems
  • Install, service, and support with maintenance and serving for business customer needs
  • Configure and install hardware as well as software
  • Carry out network reporting and documentation

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Passion for IT – knowledge beneficial
  • Eager to develop skills and learn
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 Functional Skills or equivalent

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday (40 Hours)
  • £16,000 Per annum
  • 22 Days holiday + bank holidays
