In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team.

Typical Daily Duties:

• Troubleshoot PC hardware, networked devices and application issues.
• Provide support across Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and general MS applications.
• Assist with IT purchasing and asset management.
• Maintain server backups and ensure network security.
• Support and maintain our business system.
• Monitor and maintain internet services and email security.

• Reliable, organised, and keen to develop new skills
• A Grade 5/C in English and a Grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role

Salary, Hours, and Benefits:

• Salary will be national minimum wage for your age bracket
• £15,600 – £24, 771.10 per annum
• Monday – Thursday 8:45am – 5:00pm Fridays 8:45am – 15:45pm
• 27 days annual leave including bank holidays
