We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in IT within a fast-paced, dynamic business that values development, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
As part of our commitment to investing in people, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our internal systems and users, while working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your apprenticeship.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Provide 1st line IT support to internal staff and team members via remote support, using Mesh remote access software
- Attending on‑site visits when required, working alongside the Network Site Engineer
- Log, track, and manage support tickets, escalating issues where necessary and monitoring resolutions provided by team members
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software issues to identify root causes and apply appropriate fixes
- Carry out password resets and setup new starters accounts in line with security and access protocols
- Working with the existing team to develop and streamline a diagnosis and troubleshooting process for staff to follow
- Undertake hardware repairs, replacements and installations including desktops, laptops and handheld devices using the imaging software
- Manage software installations and upgrades, ensuring systems remain secure and up to date
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £15,600 per annum
- Mon – Fri – 9 – 5 with 30 min lunch

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Grade 4/C in Maths and 5/C in English
- Good customer service skills – experience beneficial
- IT/Networking understanding – beneficial
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Eager to learn
- Can-do attitude

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support apprentice.
