They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in marketing while gaining a wide range of practical skills on the job. As an apprentice at Zynk, you'll be involved in all aspects of multi-channel marketing, contributing to improved online visibility, enhanced brand presence, increased ROI, and lead and sales generation. You will receive full support and training as you grow into the role.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Campaign Management & Monitoring: Monitoring and amending campaigns to stay within budget using digital dashboards, spreadsheets, KPI dashboards, and alerts, working alongside digital marketing consultants.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Sheets, UTM tracking, URL shorteners, and the CRM system to record, interpret, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Content Management: Publishing text, video, and image content using an in-house platform (training provided).
  • Marketing Material Design: Designing and creating marketing materials using Canva and Figma.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Implementation: Building and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns through online activities such as social media campaigns, email newsletters, paid online ads, partnerships, and marketplaces, as well as offline activities such as leaflets/brochures, trade events, and exhibitions.
  • Tools & Platforms: Utilising LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Hootsuite for online and offline campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with internal teams, partners (e.g., Sage), and clients (for case studies).
  • General Administration & Support: Performing general admin tasks in the CRM, customer service duties, and event coordination.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Salary – £16,000 – £18,000 per annum
  • Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

What We're Looking For

Essential Attributes:

  • A genuine interest in marketing and problem-solving.
  • Proactive and organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote-first team.
  • Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE & Grade 4/C in English GCSE (REQUIRED)

Training & Development

This is a formal apprenticeship programme (typically 15-18 months), which includes:

  • Industry-recognized training with an external learning provider.
  • A dedicated mentor within the Zynk team.
  • Study time built into your work schedule.
  • Hands-on experience with real-world customer projects and platforms.
