They’re passionate about empowering businesses to tell their story through personalised clothing, and they’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their team.

A Typical Day in the Job

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and boost brand visibility across platforms. You’ll:

  • Design and create eye-catching marketing materials for both digital and print campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and email marketing tools
  • Adjust live campaigns in real-time to maximise ROI and meet marketing targets
  • Manage and update website and social content through WordPress, Magento, and Meta Business Suite
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns – combining offline materials (flyers, events) with online strategies (email marketing, social media)
  • Contribute to campaign ideas, create blog content, and ensure all messaging aligns with the brand’s tone and vision

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

 

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and video editing tools
  • Familiarity with writing and publishing blog content
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Determined and confident, with the initiative to contribute fresh ideas
  • A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this role

 Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • Salary: £17,500 per annum
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

 

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
