Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Calling all aspiring Digital Marketers! Hilcross Furniture are on the hunt for a motivated Marketing Apprentice to join their team of experts!

Hill Cross Furniture is a market-leading, family-owned contract furniture company with 25 years of experience, founded to fulfil a growing demand to supply and manufacture high quality contract furniture to the hospitality and healthcare markets. Their scope of work is international, all from their farm in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside.

Hilcross have a wealth of experience kick-starting apprentices' careers; they know exactly what it takes to support, guide and develop you throughout your programme! As a marketing apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for a wide range of marketing duties to enhance your skills and reach your true potential!

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Writing product marketing copy and ensuring that the products are marketed to best standards online
• Contribute ideas to the quarterly content plan in collaboration with the full marketing team to align with our client message
• Contribute to the creation of a variety of content, including, but not limited to Social Media, Videos/Imagery, Emails, Brochures, Website Case Studies
• Create blog posts and written articles
• Work on marketing reports, taking prescribed data from HubSpot / Google analytics
• Adding / Updating content and products on the company website
• Ensuring relevant content on the website is added correctly, managed, working with the Senior Marketing Executive and relevant external agencies to ensure all content is SEO optimised for google.
• Work on HubSpot to upload HubSpot Brochures, exporting data, creating lead generation forms, feeding content to socials and more
• Using the HubSpot platform to schedule social posts ahead of the month with planned content, such as product launches, brochure downloads etc

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary – £15,000 – £17,000
• Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 22 Days holiday + bank holidays
• Eligible for a bonus scheme after a 3-month probation period

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT. 

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
