They are seeking a highly motivated, hard-working, and self-sufficient Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and managing engaging content across various digital platforms to drive business growth for our diverse client base.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
This role is incredibly varied, offering you the chance to develop a wide range of digital marketing skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Marketing Strategies: Learning to develop and implement effective multi-channel marketing strategies to promote products or services.
- Audience Segmentation: Understanding how to identify and target specific audience segments through various marketing channels.
- Content Creation: Developing skills in creating compelling and engaging content across different platforms to capture audience attention.
- Analytics and Insights: Utilising analytics tools to measure and analyse marketing campaign performance, extracting meaningful insights for optimisation.
- Digital Marketing Channels: Becoming proficient in utilising various digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Brand Management: Learning to maintain and enhance brand identity across different marketing channels for Target Components and our diverse brand portfolio.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Salary – £14,722.50 per annum
- Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- 37.5 working hours per week

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: A collaborative spirit with the capacity to contribute individually.
- Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE & Grade 4/C in English GCSE (REQUIRED)
