Auxilion, part of the IT Alliance Group, is an award-winning IT support services provider, delivering innovative IT solutions, consulting, and managed services to public and private organisations across the UK and Ireland. Their client-first philosophy has driven long-term success and collaborative partnerships.
They are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Level 3 IT Support Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and a solid foundation in IT networking and support.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Process incoming tickets via the customer portal or telephone in an appropriate & efficient manner
- Ticket management following agreed process
- Escalate repeat calls, customer dissatisfaction or excessive repeat calls to Senior Management Team
- Ensure all SLA deadlines are reviewed regularly to reduce breaching across response and resolution SLA's
- Assist with ticket reviews to improve quality of service
- Monitoring of the escalation mailbox, notifying the Management team or Level 2's of any escalations which need attention
- Create relevant knowledge base articles and amend when necessary
- Basic troubleshooting of incidents logged via the service desk
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £16,000 – £20,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm) and 2:30pm – 11pm rotating every week
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organised and able to manage workload effectively.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Passion for IT
- GCSE Grade 5/C in English and grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role
Your Training with Baltic:
You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Microsoft IT Support Apprenticeship providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You’ll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
