At MediaWorks, one of the UK’s leading digital marketing agencies, we’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you’ll gain valuable, real-world experience across IT support, systems management, and cyber security while contributing to the smooth running of our fast-paced, tech-driven environment. In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day In the Job:

  • Provide first-line support, resolving software, hardware, and access issues.
  • Manage password resets, MFA configurations, and assist with user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Continuously improve helpdesk processes and ticketing workflows to enhance service quality. 
  • Deploy and configure devices for new users and manage IT asset inventory.
  • Ensure endpoint protection through regular updates and patching.
  • Support Microsoft 365 administration, including license management and secure SharePoint/OneDrive usage. 
  • Assist with maintaining network connectivity, VPN, and firewall systems.

Salary, Hours and Benefits:

  • £15,500 – £16,500 per annum
  • Monday – Thursday – 8.30AM – 5.00PM, Friday 8.30AM – 4.00PM
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Awareness of Microsoft 365
  • An interest in technology
  • Understanding of basic cyber security
  • Grade 4/C in Maths and Grade 5/C in English
