As a Level 3 IT Support Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of their operations, ensuring seamless technology experiences across their diverse portfolio of hotels, bars, and restaurants. In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Providing remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, complemented by occasional on-site visits to various locations.
- Executing the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Diagnosing and resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently, minimising disruption to operations.
- Assisting with the strategic rollout of new technologies across our diverse portfolio of venues.
- Documenting solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of the internal IT knowledge base.
- Upholding Cairn Group’s commitment to sustainable hospitality practices within all IT operations.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance and optimise IT service delivery.
- Managing all IT-related queries and requests with a constructive, professional, and customer-centric approach.
- Maintaining a highly organised and safe working environment, strictly adhering to all health and safety standards.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £14,507.80 per annum
- Working 37 hours, Monday-Friday

- Ready to Grow: You've successfully completed your GCSEs in English (at a grade 5/C or above) and Maths (at Grade C/4 or above) and you're ready to build a rewarding and exciting career in IT.
Your Training with Baltic:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
