In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 Data Analyst Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

 

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Access data from Proclaim to collate and format it for analysis and reporting by the management team
  • Identify trends in the current market and conduct research for further business development
  • Utilising tools such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, email and social media to perform duties
  • Check and validate data, remove duplicates, monitor data systems daily, complete quality checks and format data correct for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with internal and external colleagues regularly using emails, Microsoft teams, face-to-face meetings and the telephone system
  • Ensure compliance with data legislation and GDPR are followed.  

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

 

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £13,000 – £15,000 per annum
  • Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • 25 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays
  • Birthday off work
  • 1-hour lunch
  • 2 x yearly staff parties
  • Team events
  • Opportunity for full-time employment and further training upon completing the apprenticeship

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • A strong interest in data analysis.
  • Great customer care skills
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Posses time management skills
  • Results orientated and a willingness to commit and take responsibility
  • A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Junior Data Analyst.
