This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience working on real software projects while building the technical knowledge and professional skills needed for a career in software development.

We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for software development, enjoys solving problems and is naturally curious about how technology can be used to create effective solutions. You’ll be someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work and enjoys tackling new challenges.

Alongside your role at SP Training, you’ll receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships, attending two-day training blocks every 6–8 weeks. This will give you dedicated time to develop your technical skills and work towards your apprenticeship qualification while putting your learning into practice in the workplace.

If you’re passionate about software, enjoy finding solutions and are excited to start building a career in development, this could be the opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 4 Software Development Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
