Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Baltic are delighted to be working with ESP Projects to help them find their next Digital Marketing Apprentice. ESP Projects is a Sheffield-based IT support and technology business, providing businesses with IT support, communications and technology solutions. The company also develops its own innovative software, including CORE, a digital platform designed to help organisations move away from paper-based processes and work more efficiently. ESP Projects is a forward-thinking business with a strong focus on technology, innovation, customer service and sustainability.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a growing technology business, gain hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing activities and develop their skills while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. You will complete a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, delivered by Baltic, gaining practical on-the-job experience alongside structured training and support.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Support the creation and delivery of marketing plans across the business.
• Update and manage WordPress websites, including adding blogs, videos and other content.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs and newsletters, including suitable images and graphics.
• Manage social media channels and content calendars for different business areas.
• Create and send email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Growably, HighLevel, MSP Marketing Edge, Tech Tribe and MSP Camp.
• Create and update marketing materials, including posters, leaflets, signage, business cards and other promotional literature.
• Support the planning and running of exhibitions, events and other marketing activities, both internally and externally.
• Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £16,000 Per annum
• Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Passion for Digital Marketing
• Creative Mindset
• Comfortable on camera
• Interest in designing and creating content
• Interest in IT would be a bonus
• Grade 5/C in Mathematics and 4/C in English

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
