We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and ambitious Marketing Apprentice to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in marketing while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of activities including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, events, website management and brand promotion. No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to develop practical skills, build confidence and contribute to campaigns that support multiple brands within the Pagabo Group.

A Typical Day in the Job:
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create, schedule and monitor organic social media content.
- Support the setup, testing and reporting of email marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain CRM data and assist with lead creation and progression.
- Assist with audience segmentation for email marketing and digital advertising.
- Coordinate content creation, including blogs, case studies and guides.
- Assist with the management of paid social media and PPC campaigns
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and website optimisation.
- Update website content and landing pages using WordPress.
- Track campaign performance and produce reports.
- Provide support for webinars, events, podcasts and other marketing activities.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to deliver key campaigns and initiatives.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.
Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Grade 4/C in English & 5/C in Maths
- A strong interest in marketing and a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £16,000-£18,000 per annum

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
