Coastal Child Care Group is on the lookout for a creative and motivated Content Apprentice to join their passionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s eager to kick-start a career in content creation while making a genuine difference in the lives of children and families.

With a salary of £18,000–£22,000 per annum, the successful candidate will play a key role in capturing and sharing the stories that make Coastal so special. From vibrant nursery settings to adventurous holiday camps, the Content Apprentice will help bring the Group’s values and vision to life through engaging social media posts, videos, blogs, and more.

It’s a perfect role for someone with a flair for storytelling and a passion for making a positive impact.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist with writing blogs for the website, articles for social media, customer testimonials etc.
• Using software such as Canva, Adobe Suite and CapCut to create content.
• Increasing brand awareness, ROI, online visibility for the business through Marketing.
• Assist with the rebranding of two new nurseries, and the marketing of the new nurseries.
• Using Social Media analytics and Google analytics to analyse engagement.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £18,000-£22,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• A passion for Marketing and Content Creation.
• Creative outlook.
• Customer service experience would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English
