Business Helpline, a leading UK-based business support firm, is seeking a passionate and driven Content Creator Apprentice to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will support the creation of dynamic digital content—ranging from TikToks and blog posts to behind-the-scenes videos and tutorials—that engages entrepreneurs and showcases the company’s mission to empower UK businesses.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Produce Captivating Multimedia Content for Diverse Digital Channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Meta.
• Edit and Enhance Visual & Audio Content Using Industry Tools
• Create blogs and articles to upload to the website
• Utilise SEO in all forms of content
• Using Adobe to edit graphics and create posts
• Monitor and evaluate content effectiveness using built-in social media analytics, Google Analytics, and A/B testing. Leverage data insights to refine content strategy, increase engagement, and boost return on investment
• Work closely with internal staff to ensure content aligns with marketing strategy. Manage online engagement by responding to comments, running live chat support, and contributing to the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

• Salary – £14,725
• Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT. 

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
