This is the perfect opportunity for someone who lives and breathes creativity – someone who sees stories in everyday moments and knows how to bring them to life through video, social media, and digital content. Whether it's crafting compelling visuals, scripting punchy narratives, or building an online buzz, this role offers the chance to shape the digital voice of a forward-thinking Trust that’s transforming lives through education.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Research and gather ideas to support the planning and development of content.
- Assist in creating engaging content for use on social media, Intranet and website.
- Plane and schedule posts across their social media platforms (X and LinkedIn)
- Assist in creating a social calendar for the Trust and Trust schools.
- Generate idea and create engaging, relevant content for their staff intranet (employee hub) to support internal communications.
- Support the Marketing and Communications Manager with planning and delivery of Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the capture of content at school and Trust events, including taking photos, video and sourcing student/staff testimonials.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £14,526 per annum.
- Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday 9am-3:30pm.
- 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- 3 development days – days with self directed time away from the workplace to recharge and reflect.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong IT Skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the Marketing field.
- Interest in digital media and marketing.
- Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.
