As a Content Creator Apprentice, you'll collaborate closely with their marketing team to craft captivating content for their digital platforms. From revamping website narratives to optimising SEO through insightful articles, you'll be at the forefront of their digital presence. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing their social media channels, engaging with their audience, and tracking budgets.



In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. 

A Typical Day in the Job: 

• Crafting engaging articles to boost SEO and enhance online visibility
• Curating and uploading multimedia content, including videos, to social media platforms
• Managing and maintaining social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
• Interacting with clients via social media, including responding to comments and direct messages
• Budget management and tracking expenditures
• Utilising technologies such as Canva for graphics creation and Google Analytics for performance tracking
• Refreshing website content, including photos and narratives
• Implementing email marketing initiatives within client consent boundaries

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. 

Salary, Hours & Benefits: 

• £16,000-£22,000 per annum  
• Bonus scheme
• Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

• Passion for Content Creation 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work as a team 
• Committed to learning  
• Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C in English GCSE is required for this role.
