One of Liverpool's leading independent estate agents – Blue Row Homes – is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Content Creator Apprentice to join their dynamic team. This is your chance to shape their online story, spark conversations, and turn followers into loyal customers.



In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. 

A Typical Day in the Job: 

• Become the Social Media Maestro: Manage their LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more! Craft engaging content (audio, visual, written) that gets people talking.
• Content Creation Connoisseur: Plan and create online campaigns, storyboards, and social media magic.
• Website Whiz: Keep their website content fresh, engaging, and aligned with their sizzling social media campaigns.
• Data Detective: Analyse the performance of your campaigns and provide insights to make them even better!
• Event Extraordinaire: Represent the brand at industry events, spreading the word about their awesomeness.
• Communication Champion: Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and providers – you're the glue that keeps them connected!

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. 

Salary, Hours & Benefits: 

• £13,000-£16,000 per annum DOE
• Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: 

• Loves social media, website management, and online marketing strategies.
• Thrives on creating engaging content (think killer captions, eye-catching visuals, and interactive posts).
• Has a knack for building communities and sparking conversations online.
• Is a self-starter with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Can represent the company with confidence at events.
• Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bonus points if you are a whiz with platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, Wix, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
• Have a passion for the property industry (but it's not a deal-breaker!).
• Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C in English GCSE is required for this role.

Your Training with Baltic: 

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become a content creator.
