Are you passionate about all things digital and eager to kickstart your career in marketing with a globally recognised brand? NIVEA UK is offering an incredible opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. This role is designed for an apprentice-level Digital Marketing Executive who will play a key part in supporting NIVEA UK's dynamic digital activity, aligning with brand objectives and contributing to real-world marketing strategies.

This exciting position offers a unique chance to develop your skills through the Baltic Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, providing a comprehensive learning experience alongside hands-on involvement with their digital platforms.

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be instrumental in helping NIVEA UK manage its social communities, support engaging content creation across various platforms, optimise website content, and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Community Management:
  • Help manage and monitor vibrant brand communities across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages in a brand-consistent and timely manner.
  • Assist with community moderation, encouraging user-generated content (UGC) and fostering lively content interaction.
  • Track and report on crucial engagement metrics and brand sentiment using tools like GA4, providing valuable insights.
  • Learn to flag and support in handling crisis management and sensitive feedback on social channels, protecting the brand's reputation.
  • Content Creation & Support:
  • Assist in the creation of visually compelling and brand-aligned content that resonates with our audience across all digital platforms.
  • Contribute to dynamic content calendars, integrating product campaigns, SEO best practices, and insightful audience intelligence.
  • Repurpose captivating offline assets for impactful digital campaigns where needed.
  • Help coordinate engaging digital assets for TikTok Shop and support the optimisation of product pages using cutting-edge research insights.
  • Brand & Product Management Support:
  • Work collaboratively with our digital and marketing teams to ensure unwavering consistency of brand identity across all digital content.
  • Utilise our Product Information Management (PIM) system to update, maintain, and optimise product listings across online platforms, ensuring accuracy and impact.
  • Support seamless product launch processes by uploading digital content and ensuring flawless product representation across all channels.
  • Website Content & SEO:
  • Help maintain and update engaging content across nivea.co.uk using CMS tools and actively support SEO optimisation to boost visibility.
  • Support the digital team in ensuring all product, campaign, and brand copy is accurate and perfectly aligned with our distinctive tone of voice guidelines.
  • Analytics & Evaluation:
  • Learn to interpret powerful marketing analytics through tools like GA4 and contribute to insightful performance reporting.
  • Assist in evaluating content and campaign effectiveness, helping to identify exciting areas for improvement based on ROI, SEO, and social insights.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £20,000 per annum
  • Annual bonus (subject to conditions)
  • Working 37 hours, Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm
  • Early finish on Fridays at 4:30pm

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Educated to A-level or equivalent, with a keen and demonstrable interest in pursuing a marketing career.
  • Passionately enthusiastic about digital marketing, captivating content creation, and the latest social media trends.
  • An enthusiastic learner, eager to develop new skills in SEO, web management, GA4, and innovative social content production.
  • Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively with guidance.
  • An effective communicator and a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to commit to and successfully complete the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship alongside the role.
  • A Grade 4/C in English and Maths at GCSE is required for this role.

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
