The Role

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of their campaign delivery process. You’ll work closely with their internal strategist to launch, manage, and improve digital marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Monitoring campaign performance daily upon launch and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supporting with SEO and campaign analysis to ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Weekly performance tracking against KPIs and client budgets.
  • Using tools such as Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, Meta Insights, and AdTest to report and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Collaborating through ClickUp (their main CMS) to track projects and updates.
  • Creating and editing content with Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Assisting with both online and offline marketing efforts, including social media, brochures, leaflets, email marketing, and billboard campaigns.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their marketing goals, define KPIs, set budgets, and ensure campaigns are aligned to expectations.
  • Helping to grow customer profiles and boost ROI through tailored marketing strategies.

Salary, Hours & Benefits: 

  • Salary: £16,500 – £17,500 per year (Depending on experience)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • A strong passion for marketing and digital media
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Required Grades – Maths C/5, English C/4

Your Training with Baltic:

You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You’ll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
