Baltic Apprenticeship are pleased to be working alongside our clients who are based in Manchester. With over 30 years of success as an Apple partner, they are a leading provider of Apple technology solutions across the UK. They specialise in delivering comprehensive services, from hardware and software solutions to training, technical support, and online services.

As a Content Creator Apprentice, you'll play a pivotal role in their marketing team, focusing on creating engaging social media content across multiple platforms.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Creating engaging social media content for their different accounts (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business etc)
• Search (including with SEO and Paid Search), building content and growing their audience
• Supporting the delivery of digital marketing projects as necessary, including content creation for their website (blog posts, how to guides, and news updates)
• Necessary administration tasks that contribute to the day-to-day operation of a rapidly growing e-commerce platform
• Working with other members of the marketing team to deliver engaging email campaigns
• Supporting with the planning, management, and follow-up of events and webinars

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £14,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Personable and people-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong interest in the business applications of technology, especially Apple products
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new products and features
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals and groups effectively
• GCSE Grade 4 in English and 5 in Maths
