This is an exciting opportunity with a dynamic team dedicated to crafting compelling narratives and engaging experiences across various platforms. As a Content Creator Apprentice, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in a world of creativity and innovation.

In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 content creator apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative content ideas across online and offline channels.
• Support in creating captivating marketing materials for both digital and traditional mediums.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Design and distribute email campaigns to prospective and current clients, utilising your creative flair to captivate audiences.
• Assist in implementing paid ad search campaigns and social media campaigns to drive business objectives.
• Produce insightful blog posts for the business and relevant departments, showcasing your storytelling abilities.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,000-£15,000 per annum
• Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• 20 days holidays plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• An understanding of different social media platforms
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A grade 4 in English and a grade 5 in Maths at GCSE is required for this role.
