Content Creator Apprenticeship

They believe in fostering talent and providing a platform for individuals to hone their skills in crafting compelling content whilst focussed on the commercial value of such content. This apprenticeship program offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and expert guidance, allowing you to unleash your creativity and contribute to the enchanting world of gifts and expressions.

Within this role you will sit closely with the team, and contribute to meetings, to bring a fresh perspective on campaigns, performance, budgets and so more! As an apprentice, you will also utilise tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, Shopify, ERP and a variety of apps to assist with creativity. 

Your passion for content creation will meet the charm of personalised gifting, at the forefront of The Lovely Gift Group's vision. However the role will only be suitable for someone who has a real understanding of ROAS and ROI with regards that creative content and who can demonstrate clear planning of support that links to the commercial objectives for each campaign. This role will be at the forefront of seasonal promotional marketing for our numerous websites and online sales channels.

This role will also be involved with customer contact through all media including email, online marketplaces and instant chat. You will already have an empathetic manner but will learn about effective customer communication, handling and queries to maintain the company’s 5 star rating through your creative responses. 

Candidates must already be pro-active and successful with their own social media in particular TikTok and Instagram, whilst this opportunity will give you real insight on how to put all that knowledge and creativity to best use in a commercial environment. 

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Be actively involved with audio, visual, and written content across all social media
• Create informative posts, and write blogs for all social media planforms
• Mange user questions and respond accordingly to comments across social media platforms/website
• Manage instant chat
• Work closely with a number of different people, including managers, directors and other departments like production and customers
• Work amongst the team toward deadlines, briefs and budgets
• Monitor and evaluate performance across products and platforms
• Monitor and manage customer queries across a number of platforms, liaising with the team for positive solutions
• Utilise tools such as: Hootsuite, Canva, Photoshop and ERP system which is an inventory. Full training and support will be provided.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £17,500 Per annum
• Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Social events – celebrate targets and personal achievements
• Onsite parking

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Active passion for content creation
• A keen interest in the growth of digital media and how it can help a business commercially
• Motivated team player
• Eagerness to learn
• Knowledge and understanding of creating content and editing applications
• Full UK driving license and access to a car – essential only for transport to work
• GCSE Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
