Are you interested in data, enjoy solving problems and want to learn how businesses use information to make better decisions? This is an exciting opportunity to join Route 101, a forward-thinking technology solutions provider, as a Data Analyst Apprentice, becoming part of its exciting Innovation Hub.

Route 101 helps businesses improve their operations and customer experiences through innovative software and cloud-based solutions. The Innovation Hub provides an environment where new ideas can be explored, innovative solutions developed and emerging technologies embraced. You’ll join a collaborative team where you can develop your technical skills, share ideas and learn from experienced professionals while discovering how data can drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.

As part of the Innovation Hub, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with real business data. You’ll learn how to collect, organise and analyse information, create reports and develop interactive dashboards that help colleagues and customers understand performance, spot trends and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, build your analytical skills and see how data supports innovative solutions across the business.

No previous professional experience in data is required, just a genuine interest in data, a willingness to learn and a positive approach to problem-solving.

Alongside your practical experience, you’ll work towards a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification, delivered by the expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your confidence, develop in-demand data skills and start your career as part of Route 101’s Innovation Hub.
