Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing while gaining real-world experience within a fast-paced and creative business. You’ll have the chance to get involved in a variety of marketing activities, from creating engaging social media content and supporting digital campaigns to helping grow the brand’s online presence and reach new customers.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Create and upload social media content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat.
• Create long-form and short-form video content, including filming products, demonstrations and behind-the-scenes content.
• Appear on camera and support, co-host and eventually host TikTok/social LIVE sessions.
• Create email campaigns and SEO content for landing pages, product pages and blogs.
• Support influencer/creator outreach and collaborations, as well as audience engagement and community building.
• Use analytics tools to monitor content performance, including watch time, completion, CTR and engagement, and feed insights into future content.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Use AI automation and agents to maximise workflow, ideation, and creatives
• Use professional studio gear (Camera, Lighting, audio equipment)
• Able to work from our Leicester, UK head office.
• Ideally with Driving License
• Active Passport
• Aged 18 or over – required for on camera works such as TikTok LIVE hosting eligibility, and our preference given the on-camera and live nature of the role.
• Comfortable on camera; interest in content, social media and commerce.A
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths & a Grade 4 in GCSE English.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £16,575 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 18:30pm 30 minute lunch unpaid
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. 

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
