At EQ Group, they are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice AI Automation Practitioner to join their growing team. EQ Group specialises in recruitment for modern healthcare, and this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience using AI, automation, CRM systems and digital technologies to improve the way businesses operate.
You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning how technology can be used to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes and improve productivity. You will gain exposure to AI-powered tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, market intelligence tools and digital solutions while developing the skills needed for a career in AI and business automation.
A Typical Day in The Job:
· Supporting the identification of inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across business processes
· Reviewing recruitment, candidate engagement, business development and CRM workflows to identify repetitive manual tasks and potential opportunities for automation
· Using digital, AI and automation tools to support day-to-day business activities
· Working with CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, market intelligence tools and AI-powered productivity solutions
· Using tools such as ChatGPT, Chatbox and Drippify to support business and recruitment activities
· Supporting the testing and optimisation of AI and recruitment technology solutions
· Testing new workflows, providing feedback on system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
· Supporting the development and testing of AI-generated outreach messages and reviewing engagement results
· Working with the Holi platform, including testing content capture and email campaign functionality
· Mapping and documenting business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
· Supporting the research, testing and implementation of new digital tools, systems and automations
· Helping users and colleagues adopt new technologies through guidance, feedback and process documentation
· Using KPIs, operational data and user feedback to assess the success of process improvements and automation initiatives
· Comparing performance before and after improvements to identify measurable benefits

· You do not need to have previous experience in AI or automation. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn who is excited about developing a career in this fast-moving area.
· Grade 4/C in Maths GCSE and 4/C in English GCSE is required for this programme.
Salary, Hours and Benefits:
· £16,000 to £18,000 per annum
· Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
· 1-hour paid lunch break
· 26 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays
· Commission structure
· Salary reviews every 12 months and following successful completion of the first 6-month probation period

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
Baltic Apprenticeships’ Level 4 AI for Business Automation programme is designed to equip apprentices with the technical knowledge, practical skills and industry experience needed to succeed in modern AI-driven workplaces.
Throughout the programme, you will learn how to:
· Understand core AI concepts and practical applications
· Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation
· Build and improve AI-powered workflows and automations
· Use prompt engineering techniques effectively
· Analyse and interpret data to support business outcomes
· Work with low-code and no-code AI tools
· Map processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies
· Configure, test and optimise digital and automation solutions
· Understand AI ethics, governance and responsible usage
· Support businesses with AI implementation and adoption
· Measure the success of improvements using data, KPIs and user feedback
· Collaborate effectively within technical and non-technical teams
You will receive structured training, one-to-one support and regular coaching from Baltic Apprenticeships throughout your learning journey.
This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in AI and Business Automation.
