Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Baltic Apprenticeships are partnering up with ChatterBug Speech and Language Therapy to add a Digital Marketing Apprentice to their team in Leeds!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Digital Marketing. Within this role, you will work alongside the current team using social media to run marketing campaigns, analyse the performance of the campaigns, create content and blogs for the website and so much more.

Chatterbug Speech and Language Therapy works across the UK to deliver Speech and Language Therapy in schools, organisations, online and at their Leeds clinic.

As a proud and dynamic social enterprise, they undertake a flexible and innovative approach to supporting children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day on the Job

• Social Media & Community: Creating engaging content, brainstorming fresh ideas, and helping to manage and grow our online community
• Content Creation: Designing eye-catching marketing assets using Canva, and writing blogs and long-form digital copy
• Website Management: Getting hands-on experience updating our WordPress website
• Events Support: Helping the team prepare for and attend exciting local and national events
• Internal Comms: Supporting communication and engagement across the wider Chatterbug business
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside and learning from our experienced marketing team on daily tasks and major projects

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Strong written skills
• Passion for marketing
• Understanding of marketing and why this is important
• Confident communicator internally and externally
• A GCSE Grade 4/C in Maths and English or equivalent is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £16,640 – £18,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 08:30 am to 17:00 pm

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. 

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
