Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

They are looking for a creative, organised and analytical individual to join their team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in marketing, gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects and campaigns, and work alongside experienced professionals who will support their development and encourage them to contribute fresh ideas from day one.

Alongside practical workplace experience, the successful candidate will complete a nationally recognised apprenticeship with Baltic Apprenticeships. Training is delivered through dedicated two-day learning blocks every 4–6 weeks, combining expert coaching, structured learning and ongoing support to help apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for a successful career in marketing.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Supporting social media activity across the business.
• Assisting with online marketing campaigns and digital marketing activity.
• Creating and supporting marketing content. Assisting with the planning and organisation of events.
• Supporting the promotion and communication of the company's brand and voice. Supporting marketing projects across multiple channels.
• Working closely with senior marketing team members on day-to-day marketing activities.
• Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

•  Strong written communication skills.
• Creativity and an interest in content creation.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Interest in digital marketing and social media.
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

•  £14,560 per annum
• 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. 

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
