We're looking for a motivated and creative Level 3 Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing activities while working towards a recognised Level 3 Marketing qualification. In addition to gaining valuable industry experience, you'll receive a competitive apprenticeship salary of £21,000–£25,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to attracting and developing emerging talent.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Support the setup, management, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make recommendations to improve results and maximise return on investment.
• Assist with the creation of ad copy, audience targeting, and campaign assets for new digital marketing campaigns.
• Support the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns through email, SMS, and other customer communication channels.
• Segment customer audiences within CRM systems to ensure marketing messages are relevant and targeted.
• Create and optimise website content, landing pages, and blog articles to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
• Produce and schedule engaging organic social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Design and edit marketing materials such as social media graphics, email banners, and promotional assets using design software.
• Generate regular marketing performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to support future campaign activity.
• Conduct market and competitor research, stay up to date with digital marketing trends, and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team.

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Someone who has a good, outgoing personality
• Can fit into the team and get involved in social events / activities
• Someone who can build rapport with customers comfortable
• An individual who is organised and motivated to learn
• Preferably an apprentice who uses social media and knows their way around socials
• A driver isn't required as they are in Victoria, London which is surrounded by public transport
• Someone who isn't afraid to ask questions and get things wrong as that's how people learn
• They use adobe suite so if someone has exposure in this then great, if not then it's not a problem

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
